Who is the instructor?
Your instructor is Zac Vale, the founder of In & Out Breathwork. Breathwork has completely transformed his life, and he's now dedicating his to transforming others. Zac is certified in Oxygen Advantage and the Wim Hof Method. For more information see the About page.
Where can workshops be held?
Zac Vale is based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Zac is able to travel for in-person workshops outside of the Sunshine Coast region, please submit an enquiry to discuss this further if required. Alternatively, Zac also holds workshops online.
What is the duration of the sessions/workshops?
The duration of workshops can be adapted to meet your requirements - how much time the team has available for the session, whether the session is part of on ongoing program or is a standalone workshop, and the areas of focus set for the session. For an indicative duration please complete the enquiry form below to discuss your requirements.
What group sizes are suitable for these programs?
The programs can be adapted to the size of your team, there is no set minimum or maximum number of participants required.
