Weekly Themes: Each week, we’ll focus on a specific aspect of breathing and nervous system health:

Week 1: Biomechanics of breathing – understanding the structure and function of optimal breathing.

Week 2: Biochemistry – exploring how breathing influences oxygen delivery and energy.

Week 3: Sleep – techniques to improve your sleep quality through breathwork.

Week 4: Attention and focus – using breathing to enhance concentration and mental clarity.

All themes are centered around balancing the nervous system and supporting emotional regulation.

Guided Exercises: Stay on track with weekly breathing exercises delivered via a Google Sheets document that allows you to monitor progress and stay accountable.

Comprehensive Resources: Access a dedicated Google Drive folder updated weekly with guided audio recordings and supporting materials.

Live Zoom Calls: Participate in four live sessions to learn and practice the exercises for the week ahead.

Community - Whatsapp group for all participants to stay connected during each week
